Sarishinohara
This is the first song, from the boy's perspective. This is actually based off a real story, where a girl from AKB48 named Rino Sashihara was exiled for a relationship with a boy (they have a no relationship policy). She is now a member/manager of HKT48.
In the video you see red ribbon connecting the boy and the girl by the wrists. This is actually from a Japanese legend called the red string of fate. It states that there is a red string tied to your finger connecting you to people you help in a certain way. Typically, it's a romantic connection. also, the boy is missing a button on his shirt, where the sunflowers grow from. This is also a cultural reference, where a Japanese boy will give the girl he likes the most his second button. ReplyDeleteHehe, this is my third comment, but for your information there's also a manga with this story by the same name.
