Dusk
My favorite time of all is dusk. I love the colors, and I love the feeling of calm that comes with the setting of the sun. The slip of time between day and night; when the city lights turn on like a million stars. Around each of those stars are planets; around each of those lights are people. Each person holds a thousand stories just waiting to be whispered like a bed-time lullaby. The indigo sky waiting for it's stars. It only stays a few minutes. The last twittering of the birds, the smell of a sweet rainy breeze. A gentle caress away from life; a rift in time. Timeless. My favorite time of all.

Present Timeline
I can't believe how many childhood memories I had forgotten about. They seem so far away that its hard to believe that I was even there in the first place. It's strange, almost like the deja vu you see sometimes of the future. You can't even believe that you would ever be in a different place than the place you are in now. It's hard to see past the boundaries of a present timeline. Yet, I still feel like I'm time-warping when I remember my past thoughts.

One minute
I'd rather stay in my room for an indefinable amount of time, than gather together for one minute. Because you said one minute, and then you said two.

I feel like a Shark
With the seconds counting down, disappearing with the sunset, I found it harder to breathe on this easy day, than on the day I was always swimming after them.
