I feel like an ant rebelling against a human foot. "Don't squish me!" Waving my fist to the air...
ah, I'm being squished by school.
And the humans eyes are only looking at some goal for itself far in the distance....
The only ones that don't get crushed are the ones that dodge quick enough.
The only way an ant has dodged my foot was when it had wings. So why don't you just fly...?
ReplyDeleteThat's a good solutions but the one problem with flying is that you have to leave everything behind, or else it will weigh you down...
ReplyDeleteYes, the ants that can fly have to leave everything behind, and that can include the other ants in their midst. It's a perilous process to grow wings, and it usually takes time. And wings can become useless when wet or muddied, and can even be torn off by a careless or cruel act. I would like to grow wings someday, but in the meanwhile, I'm hoping for a crease in the bottom of the shoe.
